If you are looking for support outside of our office hours, the Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline offers free and confidential support and information by phone or email. It is for anyone age 13 or over affected by sexual violence, no matter when or how it happened. Phone the helpline free any day between 5pm and midnight on 08088 01 03 02. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, text the helpline on 07537 400702.

The helpline also offers email support: support@rapecrisisscotland.org.uk

More information about the email service.

The helpline can arrange for free language interpreters if needed.

Gender identity and sexual orientation can be a major factor in how people experience the impact of abuse. LGBTI people who have experienced sexual violence can call the helpline at any time but on Mondays and Thursdays between 7pm and midnight there is an extra dedicated time slot to contact the helpline.

The number to call is 08088 01 03 02.
